Two-room apartment just 30m from the sea located on the ground floor and with covered veranda and garden; it is composed of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (advisable for children and/or teenagers), kitchenette and bathroom with shower; the services are completed by air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and reserved parking space; it is located in Porto San Paolo (in the municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo), a renowned tourist resort between Olbia and San Teodoro, the starting point for boats that take you to the island of Tavolara.

The rate includes the consumption of electricity, gas and water, the supply of bed linen and bath sponges for all guests (shower towel, face towel, underwear towel);

Any additional kits include the following costs: €40 for a double set which includes two sheets, two pillowcases, 2 body sponges, 2 face sponges, 2 underwear sponges, 1 shower mat; €25 for a single set which includes two sheets, a pillowcase, 1 body sponge, 1 face sponge, 1 underwear sponge, 1 shower mat; the replacement is the responsibility of the guest while we will collect the dirt;

The price includes final cleaning of the apartment but not breakfast.
